I mentioned a few weeks back that a couple UMass recruits made the NHL Central Scouting’s watch list for junior/HS players. Well the college list came out yesterday and Rocco Carzo is listed as a “C” level player, meaning he has a chance to go in one of the late rounds of next year’s draft.

UMass is in 1st place in Hockey East while BU is 2nd to last, Lowell is receiving first place votes in the national polls, and Merrimack has a winning record and is working on capital improvements to their arena. / November 19, 2009i reffed the last game the clocked somewhat worked. halfway through the first period of a 3 game set the clock died, so the scorekeeper had to wave a yellow flag with ten seconds left and it was pretty bad. there was some sort of repair man who ran over to the box like an emt in an attempt to fix it, but i guess that failed too. poor north andover community college 😦
