Yevenko was +1 with 2 PIM over the past weekend.  Yevenko is second in the league in penalty minutes.

Kevin Moore has another edition of One Moore Minute.  This one pits three American freshmen against three Canadian freshman in feats of skill and strength.  I’ve loving the old school Nintendo music.

The UMass Alumni Association will be awarding former assistant captain Peter Trovato the Distinguished Alumni Award for his charity work with the Massachusetts Soldiers Legacy Fund which he founded and oversees.  Congratulations Peter, well deserved.

Joseph Manno from South Kent School has committed to Amherst for the fall aswell. I will not reveal my status, but hearing from the Saint John Sea Dogs scout, that he will not be attending camp this year and will be attending UMass. I will keep my ears open as I hear another player will be committing to Amherst.

    Two things…
    1. You have ads now?
    2. You need to get some FTT T-shirts out. sell em and then we will have an indicator as to who actually cares about UMass hockey.

    Thats all

    • WordPress, which hosts this blog for free, will put ads on blogs they deem worthwhile, but I don’t see any of that revenue. It’s part of the price of not having to pay for a place to put this thing. However, I only see them when I look at the blog on my iPhone. You see them on the blog when reading from a desktop/laptop?

My wife and I have FTT shirts that we got through Cafepress. They looked great but after one washing they instantly looked 15 years old. So I didn’t put them out there for sale. Next year I do hope to have FTT stickers and/or magnets available though if anyone wants them.

Then will we have to go around to look at everyone’s refrigerator to see who supports you? 😉 Seriously, I’s put a sticker on the back of my car, so get those out.

Thanks again for the work this season, nice to see you blowing up.

Ya I saw them once when looking at comments. But they weren’t there this time so whatever. I didn’t mean it as a bad thing, more just suprised.

        • Surprised too. First I knew of ads appearing on the site. Guess readership is doing relatively well.

Instead of FTT t-shirts and bumper stickers how about FTT beer steins authenticated by the man himself?
