The Junior Bruins put out a release on Andrew Tegeler’s commitment to UMass. Also, USHR reported that Clarkson, Maine, Providence, Army, Lowell, and UConn all had interest in the Bruins forward.
The Attleboro Sun had an article on hometown hero Peter Trovato and his dedication to helping the children of fallen servicemen and women with his Massachusetts Soldiers Legacy Fund.

/ May 5, 2011Interesting to see Tegeler being recruited by Lowell as well. Strangely enough, it doesn’t happen as often as you’d think (both the state schools going after the same player). Of course, Lowell not having a coach when he committed probably didn’t help anyway.

/ May 5, 2011Yeah. Carr is one of the very few I remember in recent years.
I’m always interested to see Army in the mix. Usually means you’re getting a good character recruit.
